Sam Nelson epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative services in every detail of your home loan transaction. Sam grew up in the San Francisco area and recently moved to Henderson, Nevada. The move to Henderson was an easy choice, as he wanted to be closer to family, start a family of his own in a safe neighborhood, and wanted to be in Henderson as it began to blossom. He graduated from Purdue University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s in in Business Management and Accounting and proceeded to work as a financial advisor for many years. Passionate about real estate, the move to become a Loan Officer was a natural fit and he can provide a unique blend of financial planning and mortgage advice. In his free time, Sam loves to coach his niece’s soccer team, play basketball, watch the Knights win, and cook up a storm in the kitchen with his fiancé.
